Four members of the New People’s Army (NPA) surrendered to authorities during operations in the provinces of Masbate, Camarines Sur, and Sorsogon on Tuesday. One rebel surrendered in Cataingan, Masbate, and turned over a .38 caliber pistol, while another surrendered in San Jacinto, Masbate. A female surrendered to government forces in Sipocot, Camarines Sur, while another surrendered in Sorsogon. This event took place on 06/17/2025 at the following location: Bicol Region, Philippines.
